Stefan at Nova Roofing is an honest individual and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for any roof work or a new roof. My story: I developed a leak in my house and after doing several inspections with various restoration companies it was determined to be a leak from the roof. I initially thought that I would need a new roof as our house was approximately 16 years old and Nova Roofing was referred to me by one of the restoration companies. Stefan came out, inspected our roof, and identified a few minor issues that just needed a quick fix. Instead of trying to sell me a new roof, he offered to fix it for a small fee (his minimum fee to come out) BUT since I was somewhat handy, told me exactly what to do to fix it myself without charging me anything. I ended up getting supplies for under $20 and have another 5-10 years left on my roof. Another company that was referred to me prepared a quote to replace my roof without even coming out to the house (based on aerial imaging) and I suspect they would have happily just replaced my roof. It is so refreshing to see this type of honesty in an industry where this is not the norm. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED – STEFAN AT NOVA ROOFING AND EXTERIORS.
