Spartan Landscaping

We started with Andrei in 2017 when he reliably did our lawn maintenance. We also hired him for snow removal and for several years his service was excellent, reasonably priced, great emails ahead of storms providing timing estimates, timely service. During the blizzard of January 2022 he suffered an injury and also lost some hired help. The snow was not removed but within a few days he offered to pay for another service to remove our snow and he did pay. So we had no reason to suspect what would happen this 2022-23 season. In fact his re-signing note to us in the fall promised even better service. As many others have reported, after paying the February payment, we received ZERO service. In retrospect, I noticed in the fall that his phone number was a West Quebec area code. When I called after the first March snowfall, the number was out of service. I left voicemail messages to his partner's cell phone (from January 2022 issues). No responses on multiple occasions. In effect, he has my money, no service. He should not be allowed to conduct business of any kind in Ontario. Very disappointed, to say the least.

Andrei stopped providing services the moment there was any significant amount of snow. He won't answer calls or email. Do not hire him. He came twice all season and now gone! My neighbors is in the same boat too.

I have been using Spartan for a few years but in the last couple of years there has been a noticeable decrease in the quality of work.

This year, Spartan has disappeared and left me to find other companies to clear my snow. I signed up for the Spartan's premium package so I was expecting good service.

Spartan has changed their website address to a mall in Quebec and their phone number to an out of service number. These are signs of a company in trouble.

There has been no communication from Spartan and I can also assume that they have taken my money and run.

Where are you? I paid for snow removal and then you disappear. Please anyone else do not trust Andrei.

Andrei and Spartan Landscaping were great up until February and I was very happy with their services.

Then, from mid-Feb onwards, my property stopped being cleared and I had to hire other people come do it Not to mention there are absolutely no answers to my calls, texts or emails. I am requesting an answer to what is happening right now and a refund to the extra services I had to pay for.

I was really rooting for this company and supporting and excited to tell family friends about it, but it seems that everyone needs to steer away

He is Not reliable he is a third dont trust him not professional at all

It was been over 72 hours since the snowfall (on March 3/2023) and our driveway is not yet cleared by you. ( Annual contract) I have tried calling your cell phone and there is a recording stating it is out of service. Also, you have not responded to text messages nor emails. I do hope this delay is only do to the volume of snow that we received and that you are not out of business. Homestars was the only other method I knew to try and contact you. Hope to see a response from you here.
March 12 update: after another snowfall, we have still not heard from Andrei and we had to make other arrangements for snow removal. Andrei has not returned phone calls or emails.
Do not use Spartan Landscaping.

I worked for Spartan Landscaping for two summers and two winters while I was still in high school. The company owner, Andrei, taught me how to work smart and hard. Hes one of the most efficient workers Ive ever met.He always addressed our clients in a professional way and he always put out all the requirements and options for our projects and he always made sure to clarify details with them and made sure their needs were met. I highly recommend you hire Spartan Landscaping. You wont be disappointed

Spartan Landscape service’s my rental property in the winter by removing the snow. Anything above 2cm. There is on time and they give a 2 minute heads up when they will be at the property. I really like that fact that they even 24 before send weather reports. End of the day, they Provide professional on time service and there stuff moves very quickly to get the job done.

I am using them again this year, and would highly recommend there snow removal service.

I have retained the services of Spartan Landscaping for the past few years. They are polite, professional and the snow removal crews are excellent.
Weather reports are sent out prior to all snow fall and giving notice when the crews will start the clearing operations.
I have recommended them in the past and will definitely do so in future as well.
