I called one of the numbers on Nationwide Aluminum's website and got a hold of Tony, who said he would go to my house to look at it in order to provide an estimate. He said to text him via the same number that I called him on to give him the address of my house, as a reminder, which I did. A couple of weeks later I followed up with another text because he hadn't got back to me yet, but no response. A couple weeks after that I followed up with a call but no response. Then I tried to call the other number on the website and it was out of service. So I've officially given up on Tony and his company. How this company got such a high rating is a mystery to me if they can't even get their act together to provide an estimate.

SEPTEMBER: Tony, did get back to me as to why he did not respond to my request for a quote until I submitted my original review, the explanation for which I am satisfied. Tony has been experiencing challenges (personal and business) and lacked help in managing his communications as a result. However, he did pull through and performed the work on time and as quoted. When a critical decisions needed to be made he always consulted with me to make sure that I was satisfied with the result. I would recommend Nationwide Aluminum based on the quality of their work. However I do hope that Tony does take the appropriate steps in the management of his business to prevent easily avoidable communications missteps with future customers.

A neighbor had recommended Nationwide Aluminum to us. After receiving quotes from 3 other siding companies, Tony offered the most competitive quote and was very reliable and easy to get a hold of. Him and his installation team were all fantastic and courteous and cleaned up after each day. We are extremely pleased with their work and have received so many compliments on our house which looks completely transformed and updated!

Tony is a trustworthy, courteous and hardworking contractor who paid amazing attention to detail and was incredibly responsive whenever I had questions about this project.
His overall attitude made it clear that he was there to ensure I was satisfied with the work he did. The project was done on time with no disruption to us and the yard was left clear of debris on completion. He even went above and beyond in touching up some minor issues on our roof (not related to siding/eaves). We are very pleased in the new look of our home. I would highly recommend Tony and Nationwide Aluminum.

Tony's company was one of 3 I contacted to perform the work. My downpipe was leaking and had a huge buildup of ice in the winter. The eavestrough did not extend over the edge of my roof, and the constant dripping from the corner had eroded my interlocking step below. I am really pleased with the work done my Tony and his crew. They arrived on time, were friendly and professional, and completed the work very quickly and efficiently - even though there were really high winds that day, and I had been expecting them to postpone. They took away all the old material, and cleaned up the area where they had been working. I would definitely recommend Nationwide Aluminum for eavestrough

My old downspout and gutter broke & leaking then I contacted Nationwide Aluminum.
Tony explained well and provided good price. Then I hired Nationwide Alumium. Tony and team were expert. Very clean and perfect.
He asked my opinion to reflect to work. After they finish the job, they cleaned the workplace well.
He fixed leaking window aluminum frame beside of siding too. Highly recommend this company. Thank you Tony.

Tony and his crew were wonderful to work with. They resided our house, replaced soffits and fascia and came in right on budget. Our house (being over 100 years old) has lots of odd angles and quirks and Tony and his crew spent extra time and energy cutting everything to fit. We couldn't be happier with the job they did. They worked quickly, efficiently, and there was literally not one screw or scrap left on the job site once they were finished. I had 3 other quotes for this job and Tony came in below all of them. Make NationWide Aluminum the first place you call if you're looking for a siding company that focuses on customer service/satisfaction and attention to detail!

My neighbour and my downspout broke on the third floor of our townhouse. I got in touch with tony in the evening and he responded promptly in the morning. He was extremely professional and made a plan to come out the same day. From the onset you could see that Toni loves what he does and is extremely helpful, personable and very knowledgeable. He even noticed my balcony siding coming apart in a few places and fixed it. He is a perfectionist! Job was done perfectly.. thank you Toni! I will be calling Toni for all my future repairs.. highly recommended!

Our experience with Toni and team was fantastic! He provided a quote within a day of me contacting him and he did the work two days later. Tony was very nice and his crew also. They installed siding and replaced gutters. They did this job how we requested. So far so good. I think we did choose the best crew.

I was quoted by a few contractors for a eavestrough corner seam repair and Tony was the most competitive. It was seemingly a minor repair for a contractor, and I was appreciative that Tony took on the job. Tony was professional and courteous, and he completed the job as promised. Being a teacher and somewhat of a perfectionist, I asked a number of questions and he obliged. I will be calling Tony for any future repairs. Tony will definitely be recommended to all of my family and friends.
