Service Express

Service Express provides very prompt and good service. The technician came the same day I called for service. He is nice and very experienced. I would highly recommend to my friends.

I called Matthew on Friday late afternoon over the long weekend, I had called a few other companies before him as my father who is an elderly man had no A/C as the system had broken down. No one was willing to assist but Matthew told me that he really wanted to help me out given it was the long weekend and worried for the health and safety of my father, as promised he was be able to come by that evening to repair the HVAC system at 7pm and stayed until 9pm until it was repaired and running properly. Matthew is a true gentleman and I look forward to using in the future

We got the job done and was very satisfy with the result.

Heat broke down on a -10 cold night. (As usual....). Called this company and they came within an hour and got it fixed. They are friendly and explained the problem well.

Ones I called them , service man was in the area, he came within 15 min , checked and told me his supervisor will call . I followed up calling Paul , because of weekend he could not get the necessary part , but first thing in the morning his associate was at doorstep to start dismantling the Furnace waiting for Parts to arrive. Paul came with parts and work was done. They cleaned up the place on their way out .
