We bought our home about 18 months ago after falling in love with the pictures on a internet search,with no intention to buy. We saw the home shortly thereafter, fell in love with it and bought it the same day. Before moving in we had Ariya build a dark room, finish a wine cellar and cold room, finish off some closets all of which was done to our full satisfaction.
