We used OnSite for their bed bug removal services once we found out that we had bed bugs. They seemed to be the most knowledgeable and provided a 90day warranty.
I had been receiving bites for a few weeks but couldn't figure out what it was that was biting me, my boyfriend had not been getting bit by anything. OnSite was excellent from the start, from the receptionist on the phone to the technicians that showed up.
I really appreciated how one of the technicians took his time explaining on what is was he had to do to break the "life cycle" never making us feel awkward about our situation.
I would recommend this company and definitely use their services in the future.
