Don Daley was very thorough in his inspection. He seemed to notice everything about the house, from the smallest details that could lead to problems, to the more important urgent problems such as a sneaky roof leak that was barely detectable. We were also extremely satisfied with his verbal explanations in plain clear terms, as well as with the detailed written report that was forwarded to us. I would not hesitate to recommend Don Daley.
