Ivano Galbiati exceeded our expectations. We have older California shutters that needed repair. He went out of his way to find the parts needed, which were discontinued a while back. They are now in great working order. We initially thought we would have to do a full replacement, so Ivano actually saved us thousands by being able to repair the existing shutters. Ivano was very polite and professional right from the first phone call. He came the next day measured the windows showed us the samples and worked out a price. The installation he did himself and his measurements were completely accurate and we had difficult bow windows to deal with and he did a fantastic job.
