I was very pleased in working with Creative Doors when I built my garage. After 7.5 years one of the torsion springs broke (as predicted, normal life span of about 7 years for 4 operation cycles per day) so I contacted the company for service. The replacement torsion springs were not in stock and unsure when they would be available due to COVID, shipping and supply issues. Denise was able to source extended life springs (my preference) from Edmonton and she was able to expedite them to me. It was challenging to source the correct springs (I tried other vendors) but am glad I worked with Denise and the Creative Door people. Repair was completed efficiently and as scheduled. I’m very happy to have worked with Creative Door again and Denise was terrific! Very responsive and prompt in replies to inquiries.
