The customer service I received from Jeff while purchasing/installing my shutters was amazing. His knowledge is unbelievable.
He showed the great customer service again about a year later when I needed adjustments done on the shutters. It was done in a timely manner and at no charge.
Six years later when I asked him for some shutter cuff-links. He took care of it and I received them in 3 days at no charge.

Jeff was very helpful in helping us solve the issue of our broken blind and got us the necessary replacement parts to make it work again, rather than trying to upsell a new blind. He spent a fair amount of time with the manufacturer and myself to help solve this issue and was always very pleasant to deal with. My family and I have purchased Shad-O-Matic dual concept/zebra blinds from this company and we are very happy with the services provided throughout. The owner was very kind, pleasant and patient. In the midst of a pandemic in 2020 with all the services being slow in the country, he put our orders through quickly and provided us the blinds we ordered in a very reasonable timely manner, which we appreciated a lot since we had around 25 windows in the house with no privacy. The blinds were not only beautiful they were also great quality and installed professionally, which made a big difference aesthetically. I recommend this company for anyone needing their services without doubt.

We ordered the zebra blinds maybe 2.5 years ago and the customer service and care from Jeffrey is totally worth every dollar and would highly recommend him! We had a slight issue with the installation, but he got John to fix it right away and he was very professional and detailed to the work. 2.5 years later (last week) we noticed there was a super small tear on one of the blinds (wasnt expecting much at all, figure to call jeff and see what he can do or any advice how to prevent it from tearing more). Jeffrey was actually able to order us a new blind within 2 days of contacting him. Super grateful and it only shows how much he cares for his customers! Definitely will go back to him for more blinds and shades once we move ! You wont regret it !
P.s we got it for 2 bedrooms and living room, total = 2 balcony doors, 2 windows (with 1 seperated into 3 blinds as it is larger, so 4 for windows).

I purchased Shade-O-Matic blinds from Mr.Jeff in 2007 He is a very nice person and pleasant to deal with.he is a professional,knowledgeable and gave us a great service.He installed blinds for 23 windows and a patio door and all the windows in basement.After 13 years I never experienced any mechanical failure or product problem.up to now everything working perfect.i would definitely recommend Mr.Jeff to anyone that is looking for to install blinds,shutters or any window covering.God bless you and thank you for all the services you have provide us.
