I appreciated Robert's excellent knowledge of his trade and his quiet, conscientious approach to his work. He was able to make suggestions and took time to explain what he would be doing and the reasons for this approach.

After having many contractors in my house, the choice was very easy. From the initial call to the plumber showing up(actually coming when I was told he would show up) and then having the excavation crew doing an immaculate job from start to finish, treating my HOME and property as if it were their home they were working on.As always when a job like this has to be done, I was extremely releived that my choice in contracter was as good as it could possibly have been. I had 4 other big name contractors quote on this project and I'm glad I did not make the choice based on price alone. The Mr. Rooter team kept me informed during the entire process and I would like to thank them for their expertise,professionalism and high quality workmanship. By using a reputable contractor, I'm also eligible for a 15% tax rebate. I'm a Mr. Rooter customer for life and I highly recommend them to everyone! Thanks again.

My heartfelt appreciation of Mr Rooter began with the initial contact I had with the lady ( I believe her name was Melissa)I spoke to on the telephone. She was friendly, very professional and after speaking with her I felt somewhat at ease in that I had no idea where the leak in my basement was coming from. I again spoke with Melissa when she called a few hours later to reassure me that A technician was in fact on the way and to appologize for the wait. When the technician, Sean arrived I found him to be friendly, very approachable with information and extremely knowlegeable. He set to work immediately diagnosing my problem and within about 15 minutes, discovered the source of my leak and rapidly repaired the problem.I feel that in a time when people often are leary of the service industry, the people I delt with at Mr Rooter, in particular Melissa and Sean very pleasant, knowlegeable and a pleasure to deal with. I would most certainly recommend this company for any plumbing needs.

Mature tree roots had destroyed terracotta sewer piping from the foundation of our home all the way to the City Access to the sewer. The problem was identified on a Monday. Construction began Tuesday and was complete three days later on Thursday evening! Each evening our home was left very tidy upon completion of the days work. All of this happen 6 days before Christmas in cold and snowy conditions. Well done Mr. Rooter!!

Chris Cochrane organized a dig team, an outside drain replacement and general plumbing inside our house. He was honest, clean and delivered on his commitments.

It was a pleasure to have Chris working for us. Impressive for Mr. Rooter as a previous employee - Andrei Volkov - was equally as pleasant, honest and efficient. Mr. Rooter appears to be hiring the right people - and the printed list of prices helps us, homeowners, know we're not being taken advantage of - we're paying the same prices as the next guy.

Robert found our problem and corrected it in a very neat and tidy way.All costs were discussed so no surprises. The mess created by the water that had backed up into our sinks and dishwater was cleaned up nicely.Thanks Robert.

Robert arrived within an hour of us calling him for our plumbing emergency. He was honest and reasonable with his quote. I am a woman and didn't feel at all like I was being taken advantage of and overcharged. He was very patient with me as I discussed the price with my significant other and landlord. He insisted on wearing his shoe covers after i told him he didn't have to. He got to work right away and didn't dilly-dally. He was very discriptive when explaining all problems with the pipes. He cleaned up after himself when he was done. He was very friendly and professional. I will be keeping his card for all future plumbing needs:)

Alex put in a new toilet. A few months later we had a problem. He came back and discovered the water pressure was too high and that caused the problem. He replaced the broken valve in the toilet and did not charge me for it( a $200 saving)when it really wasn't caused by a faulty valve but the too high water pressure. He fixed the water pressure problem in a timely and professional manner. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter again and ask for Alex.

We will not regret the day we went through the yellow pages and called Mr. Rooter for the first plumbing problem in our home. This was over three years ago. Alex was the technician they sent and we were as impressed with him then as we are today. We are happy to note that close to four years later, we are happy to continue with Mr. Rooter (excellent customer service) and Alex is still with the company and that we can specifically ask for him - and will continue to do so. We are comfortable that he will not try to sell us or do service that is not necessary. He explains the problem, gives us options and is meticulous in his work. A week ago he unclogged our basement drains and replaced two of our toilets. Our plumbing has been in good hands.

Came home from work to a leak in my upstairs washroom. Called Mr. Rooter, Alex showed up within an hour and quickly determined the problem and replaced both hoses to my bathroom faucet. This was done very quickly and efficiently. And Alex was extremely friendly.
