Fred was awesome, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. Others had told me I needed to cut open the ceiling to remove the old fan but Fred got it out without having to do that or the subsequent repairs. He arrived on time, fully equipped, and had the new, slightly larger fan in and everything cleaned up in under 2 hours. It is a relief for me to have found someone like Fred.
