Sonata is outstanding! They are in a class of their own. I had to get shutters repaired and called many places. No one would help me. Sonata was recommended by our fabulous contractor and I know why they were recommended by industry professionals. Sonata ordered parts, fixed our shutters and installed some new blinds. They are very reasonably priced and professional. I highly recommend this company.

We built a new home and Sonata was our builder's contractor for window coverings. The home came with standard blinds, but we upgraded some of the window coverings. When we moved in, drapes were installed that were poorly made and Sonata was at the house 3 times before the drapes were finally fixed properly. It seems there was poor communication between their installer and the office, but this wasted our time as we had to be home for the multiple visits.

At around the 1 year mark, one of the cords on our blinds broke. I called 3 separate times and left messages with 2 different people including Tyrell with no response. I'm not sure why we received no call back, but it feels like Sonata was not interested in fixing our problem and ignored us. I would not recommend this company.

Building a new home and selecting window coverings before you’ve physically lived in the space can be a daunting task! Then add in the challenge of how to best deal with high foyer and stairwell windows, while still maintaining an overall congruent look.

Tyrell worked with us to understand our needs, took the time to explain our options, and made a recommendation that would give us a sleek and modern design.

Our Blinds in our kitchen broke and so we reached out to Sonata to help us in replacing them. We dealt with Brandi who was so kind and helpful in getting us a service appointment for installation. From booking to ordering to someone coming and installing the blinds it took about 2 weeks or so.

A piece in our blind had come apart and we required a new piece. Brandi was super helpful in getting the repair arranged from determining which piece needed to be repaired, to ordering the piece and having someone come out and install it!

We have had a wonderful experience with Sonata right from the beginning! We had one covering that was malfunctioning and Brandi was all over it. She was so quick to respond, set up appointments right away to have a new covering installed and had great follow through to make sure we were happy with the new coverings. Service like this is what makes customers like us loyal! We highly recommend Sonata! Thanks Brandi!
