I have used Rooted Tree Services twice in the past few years. The first job required removal of a very large, dead tree between my house and my neighbour's. The crew was on time, thorough, safety conscious, extremely courteous and very capable. The job site was left in pristine condition and great care was taken to ensure no damage to our properties or possessions.

The most recent job was completed in early May 2016 to remove 2 large broken branches from our very large Maple tree which were lodged high up plus some light pruning. Once again, the Rooted Tree crew did a top notch quality job - fast, safe, clean. They consulted with me numerous times to ensure that the pruning they recommended was "in sync" with my wishes in order to maintain the great aesthetics of the tree's shape. In addition, they provided recommendations and options to consider for some of my other trees and bushes regarding maintenance or replacement.

Absolutely professional and thoroughly completed job on time and on budget. Highly recommended. This is a huge tree that needed extensive pruning in a very tight area.

We had a MASSIVE tree branch fall in a storm and wedge itself within neighbouring trees and over a sidewalk. Rooted came out right away to have a look and Peter was promptly on time. He reassured us that the branch could be removed easily without any damage and again, like clockwork, his team arrived to take to it away. I didn't need to be home to supervise and could trust they'd do a good job. Peter's knowledge of trees, techniques, and the Toronto landscape is obviously rich which inspires confidence. Maybe even better, Rooted's customer service is excellent. We'll be using them again in the near future to take down a sick tree.

On homestars, they have the highest rating in their fields, I thought the price must be super expensive, but it turned out that quote is very reasonable and they will have lots of guys working on site. So I decided to go with them, and I'm so glad that I made the right decision.

The team arrived on time, well equipped, jumped into work right away. They protected our pool cover and fence with plywood, and started cutting the first tree. They never let the big branches drop, they always used rope to pull and guide the falling. If nessceray, they put tires and plywood on top of our grass as curshion to protect it while big trunks are falling.

The second tree we have is tricky to take down. Its branches are over power line and the fence. They took extra precaution to make sure nothing is being touched :) They cleaned up our neighbor's yard after they have to use their space.
It took them only four and half hours to remove our two big tricky elm trees, grind four big stumps and clean up the site like they've never been here. Mission impossible! But this incredible hard-working, professional team did it!
They just left an hour ago and I'm still impressed by what they were doing. I am extremely satisfied and couldn't be happier that rooted tree service worked for us.

Team did a fantastic job taking down a 75+ foot white pine that had been dead for some time. They showed up with a large crew including dump truck and chipper and despite competitors indicating it would take a full day (and quoting to reflect same), the team was in and out in 2 hours (including full clean up, raking, and sweep of driveway). Furthermore, they also willingly took down a few extra branches from other trees unreachable by my pole saw. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and have already recommended to my neighbour. We're still amazed at how quickly they got the tree cut down and cleaned up.

I found Rooted Tree Services in one of those weekly flyers.I think they did a great job. They came to remove one large tree in the front and 4 shrubs in the back. After they finished with the job they cleaned up after themselves. Everything that was asked of them was done the way I wanted.

I had Rooted Tree Services come and cut down my trees. They were perfect. I have to say they were slick and also very careful and respectful. At one point they asked my neighbors if they could use their driveway. I had a good experience with them.

In the last few years, we have had several large oak trees fall in our neighbourhood. After the ice storm, we were worried about the health and safety of the trees in our backyard. Our big, old oak tree in particular, had two very large dead limbs in it. Rooted Tree Services came and did an excellent job of safely removing the dead limbs from our Oak, as well as the dead wood from our Birch, Fir and Red Maple trees. The crew was polite and seemed to work well together as a team. They moved patio furniture out of the way before they started and cleaned up the area completely, when they were finished. I would definitely use this company again.
