Fire & Water Damage Restoration review in Toronto

This company could not offer me caulking to nearly match what was used with very expensive granite and travertine/marble. The owner could not offer me more than 3 colours in total. I had to choose one since he said that is all they had. I didn't realize at the time that there were so many colours that they should have had. But they are friendly and did come back to remove caulking that they said was paintable but was not.

Do not use this company if you want caulking and grouting to match what was used with very expensive granite and travertine/marble. The owner offers you three colours and says that is it. Finally had him come and remove all the caulking in the downstairs bathroom. All the upstairs "clear white" has to come out. It is dreadful. Didn't know at the time that there are so many colours to choose from. Just took him at his word. Waste of money. Sending photo of caulking. See picture between counter and backsplash. Worse around the bathtub.
