Tile & Grout Restoration

After getting an initial quote of $750 by Len, Greg and a worker arrived and immediately said the work would be more as Len had underestimated it. It would cost me $1000 instead as it was more work. The original estimate was for a day's work. I agreed to pay the increased amount. They both were gone before 1pm. I asked why leaving so early - "work is all done". Two days later there were air holes and bubbles causing holes in the caulking. They took about 4 weeks to respond and come and do more work to fix it. After they left again some air bubbles opened up and I asked for the information about the type of caulking so I could fix the holes myself. After 10 emails asking for the info I still don't have it.

Greg did a great job in restoring my marble shower stall - cleaned (there was mould and now it's gone!), new grout on the floor, new silicone, etc. Everyone was very pleasant and easy to deal with from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Hired company to strip and reseal the slate floor in our older condo's kitchen and hallway. Greg was timely in responding to initial inquiry, punctual in arriving to commence work and responding to subsequent text messages.
The job was estimated to take 1/2 day however turned out to be 3 day project because of there treatment to previous owner had applied to the stone. Greg never asked to renegotiate the original quote although certainly warranted. We did voluntarily pay a much higher to compensate for his time. The work was performer by Greg and his associate in a timely, pleasant and professional manner. As a result we were saved having the expense and aggravation of having to replace the floor and now have a slate floor that has enhanced our kitchen.
We fully recommend the company.

Greg did an amazing job in restoring my old shower. He cleaned, grout color sealed, removed old grout from floor
and applied epoxy grout and new silicone caulking all in one day. The shower looks like brand new at a very good price.

bought my home in Lawrence and Yonge area that needed restoration services in the main floor, kitchen and a bathtub and walk-in shower.

kitchen floor has been cleaned and grout colour sealed. backsplash has been cleaned of oil gunk and grout colour sealed and marble clear sealed.

main floor has been pressure washed and stone has been clear sealed.

showers have been deep cleaned for mold/mildew and brought back to life! I did not believe when Greg said they can make it all look brand new again!

Wanted caulking redone in 2 bathrooms and my slate floor resealed.
The slate floor sealer did not dry after 2 weeks. Called Greg and he was to come the next day. He was a no show. Three times he promised to come and he never showed. He finally showed up and it is 4 weeks since he sealed the floor. There are dirt marks on the tile and he says its the stone. The floor is still a bit tacky but not as bad as it was. You can here the noise when you lift your feet.Greg says it is okay.
the caulking job around the taps and spout was suppose to be clear and it is almond and very thick. It looks like a DIY gone wrong.
I have never had caulking around any tap look this bad. He says clear looks awful but I can assure almond on grey tile looks awful.
Caulking where there is tile has the caulking running into the cracks.
I find Greg to be disorganized. He made an appointment to do the work and then phoned the day before to ask me to remind him what he was to do. He never remembers when he says he is coming and never calls. I would not recommend Greg from my experience with him

Excellent from start to finish. Process and options and pricing are all explained in detail, showed up on time, prep and site protection and cleanup all the very best. Results are amazing. Shower installed 20 years ago looks brand new, and with epoxy grout will stay that way. For any work of this kind in future, I would only call Greg.
