They were there when they said they would be. They called to follow-up prior to each appointment for estimate, pre-survey and to deliver material and equipment. As the deadline got closer more workers arrived to ensure it was not missed. Every member of the Team (11 at one point) were courteous, friendly and busy.
Our neighbours have three young children and a dog and with access required to their yard there was lots of interaction. My neighbour could not help but comment that he couldn't believe how everyone on the crew was so good with his kids and dog.
The workmanship was beyond our expectations and the quality of the finished project is incredible. Again, follow-up to ensure we were happy came not only before they left the site but a few days later and then a few weeks later.
No surprises with the billing. Exactly as quoted.
