Insight Home Inspections

We had just moved to Calgary and were looking to buy our first home. Our Realtor recommended Paul and we're glad we chose to use his services.

He did two home inspections for us, based on his report we withdrew an offer and the second house he inspected for us is now our home. Paul is extremely knowledgeable, he explained every tiny bit of detail while inspecting the houses. Being a novice we had very basic questions such as Vinyl Vs Stucco, Walkout Vs Full Vs Unfinished basements etc. He not only explained but made sure we look, feel and understand the houses, structure, material and design with all necessary legal and permissible conditions. He explained use of all equipment, their usage n maintenance. He not only did the inspection but educated us on all the things in the house.

After the inspection we had a great detailed report with pictures and neatly labelled areas of concerns and their possible resolution. Everyone who has seen the report commended the details and entirety of the report. The report explained every tiny bit of the house, even if a switch wasn't working it was there in the report!

Paul was extremely knowledgeable, and helped us figure out why we were getting spots on our ceiling. Before him, I paid another inspector that couldn't figure it out. Now I can get to fixing everything! Paul also answered my questions after he sent us the report. I will hire him again and again! I wish I knew him before I bought this money pit! Highly recommend!!
