This is our second time using EcoComfort, as we have recently moved homes. Our attic had an existing R value about 20 and the current building code is above R60. Patrick and his team are reliable and professional. They sealed our attic hatch, reattached all bathroom vents to the existing roof vents and topped up an additional 15 inches of cellulose insulation to R60. Their work always includes before and after photos. We further took Patrick's advice and got an energy audit done to find further energy savings. We are very satisfied.
