I purchased furniture for my home from ritz furniture. I had some faded paint issues with the furniture. I visited ritz and recorded my complaint. No one contacted me in six weeks and yesterday I called again and sales person Satinder attended the call. He listened to my complaint and very professionally handled the situation and sent a technician today to fix the issue. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, they make you pay in cash, don't back up their product nor words, fail their delivery dates, on top become rude and insulant, after you make full payment, I bought quite many things, but I am sorry I went to that place...... WORST experience

I bought bar stools and bedroom furniture from Ritz Furniture. It was a nightmare from purchase to delivery. Never again. Do not go to Ritz. Their products are very cheap quality and they arrive damaged. Store does not take responsibility and not willing to do anything. They gave us the wrong product first and then took another couple of month to get the right ones in. STAY AWAY FROM RITZ FURNITURE.
