Basement Framing

Larry is a true professional! I needed to get my basement framed and from the first phone call, Larry was very responsive, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He always returned phone calls and showed up on the date and time he promised. The entire experience was very pleasant and Larry is very patient and even came back a few times to accommodate my various changes. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend him to my friends and family. The cost was competitive and there were never any hidden fees or surprises. It is very hard to find a trustworthy contractor, especially one who is friendly and who sticks to his word. Call Rebuild the Planet for your next quote, you will not be disappointed.

Outdoor Structure/Gazebo roof assembly

Leuri responded right away to my Homestars enquiry, and was out the next day to review the site/job. After meeting with him, I found him to be very professional and he then sent out a quote within a few days. He arrived on site early to start the job ON THE DATE he and I could agree on. He kept my project rolling on time and on budget. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and use him again for future projects.

home addition

I want to thank Larry for an amazing job!!!!!!!!!!!

8 months ago I bought a house that I decided to rebuild.
The project was to rebuild the back of the house... reframe the main floor and add a second story. in the front of the house... a lot of custom framing work was required to change the entire look of the house. and inside a lot of minor framing required to the basement and existing framing.

so my project began by trying find a framing contractor. I researched a bit online to find 3-4 contractors. I'm always skeptical about reading reviews because you never know if the reviews you read are real or if the contractor asked a friend to post something...lol.

THIS POST IS AS REAL AS IT GETS!!!!! AND IM EXCITED TO SHARE MY STORY FOR THOSE OF YOU LOOKING TO HIRE A FRAMMING CONTRACTOR.....

So I called Larry from rebuild the planet and we booked an appointment. from our first meeting, he was punctual, professional and extremely knowledgeable. i asked him for a quote, which he emailed to me 2 days later. his prices are very reasonable. not the cheapest but not the most expensive. (i tend to never go with the cheapest contractor....it worries me when some contractors can be 30-40% cheaper than the average. i found the cheap guys always seem to be the least knowledgeable.
from the moment he started, i cannot say 1 thing bad about this man and his company. my architect who has over 20 years experience met with him on site and told me that he seem to be the most knowledgeable framer he ever met. NICE!!!

Larry and his crew started on the date he set and finished 2 days before he said he would complete it . everything was inspected of course by the city and passed. no problems!!!!

Hiring Larry was the best decision i made in this project. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for framing work.... big or small.

I'll try and post some before and after photo's so you can see what he did.

AMAZING JOB LARRY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Pleasant to work with. Helped resolve issue with different contractor. Would have liked them better had they also provided removal of day's waste. Very easy to work with. Would recommend them and choose to work with them again should I have the need.

Shoring and sistering

We retained Rebuild the planet as sub contractor to replace our existing carpenter for the load bearing project we were working on. What a relief to have someone who cares for your projects as much as we do. Leuri and team picked up where the others left off without any problems and were professional, clean and fair. If you are looking to work with a company you can trust and have fair pricing, Rebuild the planet is for you. Thank-you Leuri, We are looking forward to working on many other projects with you.

Gazebo repair

Leuri did an AMAZING job on repairing my gazebo that another person just threw up. The roof was top heavy and we needed to brace the structure for 3+ years... atleast until Leuri came. He suggested a design that would minimize the cost and provide the safest possible structure for my family. A few changes needed to be made along the way, but we stayed on budget. The finished product looks great and will last for years to come. I built my home from scratch and Leuri is the only trade that we provided payment upfront for, so I was a little nervous. Leuri is extremely honest and trustworthy. I would recommend him to anyone.

Major bathroom renovation

Leuri's company, "Rebuild the Planet", did a major bathroom reno for us--including moving walls, replacing electrical, removing a load bearing wall, etc. He did a wonderful job. Leuri was there when he said he would be there. I found him to be very honest and diligent--he used the materials we agreed he would use; he didn't settle for "good enough"--every thing was done "right"; when he said a different worker was going to show up to do a certain job, his worker showed up on time and did great work. He didn't leave until the job was 100% done. I'd recommend him any time. Thanks Leuri!

In most cases bathrooms are very limited in space and cannot be enlarged due to plumbing and bearing walls. However, we were able to accomodate your special needs for your handicapped son and make the bathroom wheel chair accessible and friendly and at the same time create your dream bathroom. A room the entire family can enjoy
It was a pleasure to do this for you, call us anytime for anything.
