Leuri and his team were a pleasure to have in my home, and I felt like they treated it as such.
They did what they said would do, cleaned up extensively, and kept me informed every step of the way.
The inspector that came remarked to me on what a good job had been done.

Contact Rebuild the Planet. Leuri was able to come provide a quote of the removal of a load bearing wall. We agreed on a start date, but due to permit delays were not able to start on date. Leuri without hesitation rescheduled on a later date. He came in provided protection on the floors. Removed wall and disposed of the waste. Would work with Rebuild the planet again.

I found Leuri through reviews on Homestars. He removed our load bearing wall, and replaced it with a beam (to create an open concept - living room, dinner room and kitchen now one space) . He was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. His knowledge was evident when dealing with the city inspector. The project was completed on time, within the agreed cost (no surprises). He was very prompt in responding to all my queries, whether through emails or phone calls.

Some changes had to be made to the structural engineer drawings, and Leuri voluntarily took the lead to work with the engineer, ensuring all the revisions were made in time for the inspection. Working with Leuri gave us peace of mind, and provided an amazing open concept.

Leuri and his crew are true gems in their industry. They are extremely knowledgable and very approachable to work with. Framing and structural changes are generally the most stressful part of a build but they made it a breeze for us - we ran into some initial snags with existing structural issues but they quickly worked with our engineer to find effective solutions. Leuri is a true gentleman to deal with and I would strongly recommend his work for any structural or framing work. Our family thanks him greatly for the wonderful work.

Leuri was great, came on time, did all the work in efficient manner and cleaned up before leaving. Before work started answered all my questions.

I contacted Leuri initially for another job, which ended up being larger and needed a full GC. I remember his professionalism and attention to detail, so when it came time to finish my basement, I rang him up.

He came over and we walked through what was needed in terms of framing and gave me good options and ideas regarding bulkhead and how to cover water mains, etc.

It was initally just for bulkheads and framing around the stairs, but he worked with my budget and was able to cover what I needed for the rest of the basement. He and his team showed up on time, finished when he said he would (1 day), and the work was top notch.

He cleaned up after himself and it was cleaner than when we got there. He was also able to work with all my stuff in the middle of the way, as the basement was used for storage.

Highly recommend - I've had bad contractors, and he is a breath of fresh air.

I found Leuri’s contact information on homestars. I was looking for a contractor for lead bearing wall removal for quite sometime. When I discussed my project with Leuri, he suggested getting some architectural drawings so he could give an exact estimation. I finally got some drawings and scheduled Leuri for the work. I could easily say from his work that he has a lot of experience on it and knew exactly what needed to be done and when. He installed 2 posts on the main floor and another one in the basement over the new footing. The city inspections passed with the breeze. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking to take down walls with peace of mind. Great work Leuri!!

Leuri was professional and trustworthy. He was able to give dates and meet all deadlines accordingly. Very accommodating and the finished outcome was outstanding. After our inspection with the City the City wanted some items changed and Leuri was prompt on coming back to complete these items (and this was after he was already paid!). I would highly recommend Leuri-Rebuild The Planet to anyone doing any Reno projects. He was even able to refer other contractors for (HVAC and an Engineer). Outstanding customer service Leuri.
