Excel are a really great company. I was really happy with my new roof and how it was done, and then they did my neighbours house. They ended up breaking a stone on my sidewalk and offered me $100.00 as a result without me even asking. I couldn't possibly take that amount and told them $50.00 instead which is still far more than it will take to repair the job. Alex is #1.

Job was done in time just as promised, roof looks really nice. Unlike some other contractors Excel Building & Roofing did start and complete the job in one shot, without breaks and gaps, fast and accurate, no debris left, no garbage.

Great experience! They were really easy to work with and the estimator was awesome! Friendly knowledgeable and informative! Their crew was really fast (they even finished before I got home from work) and cleaned very well. I would recommend this company to others.

Alex and his staff replaced my roof last week, and I am very satisfied with their work. From price negotiation, contract signing, to the actual work being completed, these guys showed great professionalism. They worked in the evening till the job done to avoid the forecasted rain, and they listened and addressed my concerns right away. Overall, great guys and professional work!

I hired them to do my roof for me. In terms of quality work, the roof seems okay. So far it’s been good. The only thing was that after the job was done the crew didn’t get all the nails left in the evastrought,and after winter I had to clean them up myself. I would say the price was pretty fair and they were good overall.

Everything was okay! We didn’t have any problems with this company putting on a new roof for us. The crew who did the job was professional and on time. The price for it all was fine as well. I would highly recommend them to others.

Overall I think Alex’s crew did a good job on my roof. It took a little more time to finish than what I was told, but their work was good. I highly recommend them. In fact, I’ve mentioned Alex to some of my neighbours, and they decided to use him too.

As far as I can tell these guys did a good job putting on a new roof. Seems like quality workmanship. The work was started a day late — they had to push back the timing because of another project — but that didn’t cause any problems for me. All in all, the prices were good, Alex was super nice and I was very happy with everything. Would highly recommend to others.
