I highly recommend Nathan Eedy. I read many great recommendations about him and called when my furnace wouldn't work due to a stuck valve.
He was quick, efficient and after he unstuck the valve he made sure all was working. It was a small job. But with gas involved I wanted a professional. He charged a fair fee. He is prompt, efficient and reasonable. I'll be calling him for all my future needs.

Nathan came in and assessed the work required to cool our Master Bedroom and confirmed that a ductless a/c unit would be the best solution for our needs. He wasn't pushy and offered up a number of options. On installation day everything went smoothly, and work that wasn't finished was completed a few days later. Professional, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with -- highly recommended.

Nathan came to my house on a Friday night at 8pm.
He thoroughly searched my home for an apparent leak that Enbridge advised me existed.
Guess what?
No leak.
Nathan is professional, knowledgeable and thorough.
He is returning next week to clean my AC unit.

Fast, very knowledgeable, carries spare parts and honest. Nathan responded immediately to our call, came over within the hour to help fix a furnace that just wouldn't fire. Our house was sitting at 14 degrees! Nathan's focus was on repairing and prolonging the life of the existing furnace but as our was 19 yrs old and had numerous issues, he helped us with a new furnace installation within 30hrs of our call. (sourcing, scheduling, delivering, installing and removing the old furnace). The installation was neat, fixed some errant piping and to code (as he is insured). He came recommended to us and we would not hesitate to recommend his services.

When we moved into our house in the summer, we had Nathan come to our house to take a look at our old furnace to give us his opinion on the condition that it was in and whether or not we should get a new one.

Prior to having Nathan over, we had 2 of the big box companies in and they both said the same thing... the furnace was a hunk of junk of that we better get a new one asap before it conks out on us. Quoting us an astronomical rate to buy a new furnace and install it.

Then Nathan comes over and really took the time to test and check out our furnace. He told us his honest opinion that a) it was in great working condition - just wasn't the 'highest' efficiency furnace and that b) he wouldn't be surprised if it gave us another 5 years of life!!! Also quoting us a WAAAAY more REASONABLE rate, should we decide to install a new one with him.

Nathan took the time to explain his findings with us and gave us all of our options and left our house without charging us a thing.

My husband and I were so impressed with Nathan's honesty, integrity and amazing knowledge and skill in his trade.

We were happy to have Nathan back last week to install a humidifier for us and HIGHLY recommend GreenChoice heating and cooling to anyone that is in need of a trustworthy, reliable, knowledgeable and HONEST HVAC guy.

Can't say enough good stuff about Nathan and Green Choice! I had furnace 'issues' and, due to the advanced age of my furnace, it was determined that a new furnace was needed.
Nathan and his polite, friendly assistant came, did the job quickly and neatly (something that is rare these days when most tradespeople 'forget' to clean up the mess they made). Nathan is a great guy and very good at what he does. He even called to come over and check up on our new thermostat (free of charge) because he just wanted to make sure all was running well. I can't recommend Nathan and Green Choice highly enough. I'd use him again for any heating and cooling issues that come up and I definitely will refer him to my friends and family. During one of the coldest winters I've felt in Toronto, Nathan was able to come to my house, fix my furnace and was on his way out almost within 30 mins of calling him. (Must admit living close to him helped)

Nathan was definitely very professional, knowledgeable, and even gave me a recommendation on a new furnace, pending a future renovation. Would definitely recommend!

Coldest night of the year, our furnace broke down during a dinner party and in our ancient sieve of a house, the temperature was dropping fast. We called Nathan, and 45 minutes from the time of our initial call, he left our home, job complete. The price was excellent, the repair unbelievably fast, and he was professional and a pleasure to deal with.

We had a great experience with Green Choice. Nathan came same-day when I called in a panic after discovering our furnace wasn't working the day we brought our new baby home from hospital. We ended up deciding to replace the furnace and the quote was very competitive. The job ended up being a challenging one for many reasons, and Nathan never charged us extra for labour and worked long and hard until it was complete. He really went above and beyond and I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for anything HVAC related.
