Booked a cleaning in within a week, right before the busy Canada Day weekend they came and completed the work. Mark, one of the owners came personally, right on time and was very professional and personable. He showed me little tricks on how to do some cleaning myself (i.e. how the windows click and slide out on a hinge to clean inside and out - very easily. There was no mess nor drip marks and of course the windows were nice and clean.
