Amir and his team did an excellent job on the renovation of my new home. We completely opened up the main floor, redid the kitchen, all new floors etc. We also renovated the basement to create an apartment for rental income. Amir worked with me to review all of the options, explaining pros and cons along the way. This was my first renovation experience, and it was a big one. Working with Amir and his team gave me the comfort level I needed to trust that they would do the best work possible. I often asked "what would you do if this were your home?" and more often than not, this is what we went with. I never had to "chase" these guys to come to the home to finish a job. They worked hard and they worked quickly. And with an excellent attention to details. I am beyond happy with the result of their work in my new home.

Amazing isn’t usually a word you associate with a renovation contractor, but it really is the best word to describe Quasar Trend. From the very start when Amir came to my place to review the work I wanted done , to negotiating the contract, to the actual renovation itself, Amir was always accessible, detail oriented and provided insightful recommendations.
I had a major condo renovation and it isn’t easy doing this type of work as they are extra layers to it, following the buildings rules, bringing all the materials and equipment up elevators. Ensuring that the common elements aren’t damaged , working during set days and times and trying not to disturb the neighbours. Amir’s team was fantastic in this whole process and were very organized and professional.
Amir introduced me to his suppliers and was very knowledgeable in helping me decide on materials and his suppliers were top notch and high quality.
I really can’t say enough about how easy and stress free Amir made the whole renovation, which again isn’t something that a lot of people experience in a home renovation.
