Rocco at Roc Mar engineering came highly recommended while we were looking for an engineer to draw plans for our new custom home build in Toronto. Our experience dealing with him and his team was second to none. As this was our first time building a dream custom home, we were constantly coming up with new ideas and flip flopping with different layouts throughout the design process. I commend Rocco for dealing with our indecisiveness and guiding us to make the best decisions possible to maximize our space and bring our abstract ideas to life. We had to go through committee of adjustments for a number of variances, and Rocco went above and beyond and attended the hearing on our behalf and was able to get every variance passed thanks to his thorough knowledge of local bylaws and research of past cases in our neighbourhood. He was available to our builder throughout the build to answer any questions and made for a stress free experience throughout the construction process. His responsiveness and professionalism was also praised by the trades people we had on site. I have and will continue to highly recommend Rocco and Roc Mar to friends and colleagues that require an engineer for their projects. 10 out of 10!!
