Blueprint Home Inspection

We used Brad's services on two occasions on a less than 24-hour notice, both times over a weekend. He was always accommodating and professional. On one occasion he promptly noticed a serious structural damage to the house, which was not obvious. He clearly explained the problem, wrote a report and gave us a 50% discount on the agreed price because there was no point to continue the inspection as the problem was a deal breaker for us. I highly recommend his services.

We joined him for the full inspection of our new home and he was clearly very thorough and expert. He had a detailed, organized checklist of items that he worked through methodically, explained what he was looking for and taught us how to check for future damage/maintenance needs, looked in all the nooks and crannies both interior and exterior, turned everything on and off to check function, checked our attic space, and provided us with a timely and informative report of his findings. His report was really detailed and included many embedded photos that he takes during the inspection as well.
