I needed to have mortar ground out and replaced with new mortar and caulking on a stone sill that runs the perimeter of my house. There was also a leak in the brickwork and other deterioration of concrete around the porch. The areas was fixed timely and in a satisfactory fashion. Steve is very knowledgeable when it comes to home construction and repair.
