They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day to do a checkup. Throughout the whole process they were informative and did not seem to be trying to deceive us. After making the necessary repairs to the furnace, it was back in operation and there haven't been issues ever since. If we have issues with the heating and cooling again, we wouldn't hesitate to give Markham Heating & Air Conditioning Systems again.
