Hired Dust Ladies when my housekeeper had just found a full time job and I was in need of some one to keep the house clean as we put our house up for sale. Cannot say anything but amazing how clean our house was when we came home. Every spot is clean and I can enjoy more time with my family. This was supposed to be a temporary arrangement but has now become permanent. Rebecca is very responsible and meticulous about her work. She is easy to get hold of and always let's me know when she is coming. We are both very flexible so she works around me and I work around her. Could not ask for anything better. To top it off, come home to folded laundry if I leave it in the machines when laundry is not even part of her work. Thank you Rebecca for helping us. We appreciate all you do.

We are so happy with the work that Rebeca and her crew did. I especially liked that Rebeca was my main contact and also did the work herself with one other cleaner. My house is so clean!!!

End of renovation cleaning was done really well by Rebecca and Elisabeth on two occasions. Have a tenant moving in and she is thrilled! These ladies are very meticulous, well equipped and organized. And fun to deal with! I will be having them do my house as well.

Had a post Reno cleaning done. Although it was expensive and a very messy house they did an amazing clean up job and were very accommodating. I will be using them again for future cleanings.

I hired the dust ladies to clean our house after finishing a large electrical upgrade project in our home- there was dust everywhere and I was concerned about having my baby sleep in the home. By the time I got home, the house was spotless and everything was cleaned to the same standard that I would have done myself which was a huge relief. I would highly recommend these ladies if you are looking for hardworking, pleasant and thorough cleaners at a fair price. Even though I have always done my own cleaning I am now considering hiring them to clean our house on a regular basis!

I came across Dust Ladies while googling Etobicoke cleaning services and they popped up on this site. At the time, there were about 10 reviews that had been written and all of them were outstanding. Rebeca came very quickly to assess our space and provide a quote for our 2 bdrm apartment. The price seemed comparable to other cleaning companies and Rebeca was lovely - someone that I felt very comfortable with being in my home while I wasn't there. I went ahead with the initial cleaning and I could not have been more pleased!! Everything was absolutely spotless when I got home that night. She had done such a thorough and impressive job that we went over to have dinner at my in-laws that night so I didn't have to dirty my amazingly spotless kitchen!!

Best cleaning we've ever had! Easy to book, reliable, and our home has never looked this good. Rebecca even pulled out the oven to clean the floor and the tile behind it. I've never had anyone move an appliance before. Quite remarkable and greatly appreciated. Thanks Dust Ladies!

Rebeca arrived to the site early and began to work straight away. She has the kind of demeanor that conveys she can be trusted and will be giving you her best effort every step of the way. She worked very hard, at a steady pace the entire ~5.5 hours she was there. Not once did she take a break even though I asked her to. She was full of energy and clearly enjoyed her work. The apartment was full of construction dust on the ceilings, walls. She knew exactly where to go. She cleaned in areas that no one would think to clean, in the nooks and crannies of every tight space. She even vacuumed my brick wall! She was very kind, professional, and very receptive to my requests. I am very particular, but her work demonstrated that she has paid close attention to her clients, understanding their needs before being told, as if she could 'read' them.

I had not planned to subscribe to a cleaning service in the future as I was happy to have the help for just the move-in. But I have already scheduled Rebeca to come in next month, and plan to have her continue coming in monthly. She made me realize that this is an investment in health, and worth the money spent.

On a side note, if I hadn't had Rebeca help me on Friday, I would have had such a hard time organizing. She went above and beyond with so many things - like helping me lay out my rug without asking and then vacuuming it, etc. She is really great and a kind person. I gladly give Dust Ladies a 10/10, from head to toe.
