I moved into a new condo downtown and needed some window treatments. I had no idea what kind of shades I wanted or what colour. Michael came and recommended what would look good in a place. I also had one funny window where everything seem to be on an angle. Michael and Charles found a solution and ensured that it was done right. I've gotten many compliments already :)

Michael booked an appt , showed up on schedule , took measurements, showed samples, made suggestions, gave me an approx time of delivery. Installers showed up on time, did their job very fast and accurate.

Michael Schwartz is a thorough professional. He came out to see my wife and I on two separate occasions and patiently explained our options and the pros and cons of each. He did not try to oversell us anything that we did not need and in fact, in some instances, discouraged us from some higher priced items that did not make sense for us. We feel we got an excellent deal through Michael and would definitely recommend him and Window Blinds Direct to our friends and family. The installers, Charles and his assistant, were on time, very polite and efficient. There was no garbage left behind when the installation was completed. We are now enjoying our blinds!

Michael is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic towards his products. He came to our house twice to provide quotation as my husband was not around to make the decision when I first met with Michael. we have a total of 14 blinds and they were all installed within 1.5 hours.

High quality beautiful roller shades installed quickly and professionally. They also did minor repaired on other window treatment for me free of charge.
