The Basement Store

We used The Basement Store for our complete basement reno. Our basement was partially (poorly) finished prior to hiring them, and they completely gutted it and refinished it to our exact specifications. They created a bedroom, bathroom, playroom, media centre, and bar. All of their contractors and workers were professional, on time, and skilled. They completed the job on time and on budget (aside from a few items we decided to upgrade). They also have a designer, Cynthia, who was very helpful and brought samples to our house for us to chose as we're a busy family of five with no time to shop around for finishes. Brandon was great throughout the entire process from start to finish and communication was amazing. I'd highly recommend The Basement Store and would absolutely use them again.
