I was able to make an appointmenton within 2hrs. The inspector was great at his job and very thorough. The report was very easy to read. I Will deifinately use again.

I chose Rob as my home inspector he was very detailed, skilled, knowledgeable, insightful and very personable. I found him to be very easy to work with! he was refereed by my realtor. he came in and spent around 3 hours going through the whole house and explained all that he found along the way, advising me of what was important to fix, why it was important to fix and how urgent should i fix it. Also he was very helpful because he gave me a full overview of how my house works. Since i am a new home buyer i didn't know all the ins and outs of the house, Rob guided me through the whole house. letting me know how everything works together in the house. I would definitely recommend Rob.

I had selected Rob of Ambicorp, after careful review of email responses I received to my initial inquiry. Rob was prompt and provided detail information on his proposal.
I found Rob flexible and accommodating as we had to change the interim closing date thrice (thanks to the builder !). Even though our builder kept on insisting that this is a new condo and there is no need for inspection, we insisted to have one. And we were right as Rob did a professional job of detecting wrong wiring behind sockets, he detected crack which I would have missed. Rob has a pleasing personalty, he was able to gel with the builder representative (even though inspections are always seen as having resistance. the report from Rob cam before time and it was great. Well done Rob.
