We engaged Detailed Work to do a total renovation of a condo that we purchased in Mississauga.
The renovation included drywall, plumbing, electrical, installation of both laminate and ceramic tile flooring and cabinetry.
We had endless decisions to make regarding counter tops, flooring, cabinetry, paint colours etc.
Detailed Works provided us with recommendations and assistance every step of the way.

Detailed Works Inc. is a company focussed on quality workman ship and customer satisfaction. Detailed Works truly sets the bar for where the construction/renovation business needs to be. Their focus on the quality of materials, attention to detail, strong and effective communications complimented with very experienced trades people(election, carpenters etc.). All these positive factors gave me the customer a high level of satisfaction.
I would not hesitate to recommend Detailed Works to anyone. Their pricing was fair very fair. I wish I knew about them 10 years ago.

We retained Detailed Works based on a referral from a neighbourto do a full cosmetic renovation of our main floor and new kitchen. We did lots of shopping around and liked Jonathan and Cindy's approach from the onset of the project. Costing came in basically where we had hoped and we never felt we were being pushed or pursuaded into extra work at the design stage. From the beginning of the job Detailed Works 'did what they said they would do', and anyone that has done a renovation knows this simple gesture is hard to do for many contractors. All the trades were lined up efficiently with very minimal lag-time between jobs. All the sub-trades were friendly, punctual and did top notch work. The trades all said they like working with Detailed Works, and to me a referral from a trade is almost as good as a referral from a customer.
Detailed Works clearly has lomg-term customer satisfaction as a cornerstone to their business.
Our renovation took more or less the amount of time they said and I would be exagerating if I said everything was perfect and stress-free but in retrospect and in hearing others horror stories I think we really lucked out. We hired another trade (outside of Detailed Works scope) and it has been an absolute disaster. Now, our kitchen and main floor look spectacular. Highly recommend Detailed Works.

Complete bathroom renovation. Excellent customer service, great communication throughout the process. The entire team led by Jonathan wa first class. We love our new bathroom. We also love that the job was done on time on budget.
