Ken was lovely to deal with for our initial planning meeting. He was knowledgeable and good at planning our principle bedroom walk in closet. Installation by Alex was done in a timely fashion and we are thankful for that. The issue that we experienced was upon completion, we were left with very dirty closets covered with greasy fingerprints, an unsightly join in the support on the wall along with scratches in the finish. Two
emails were sent to Ken along with supporting pictures. I have yet to hear form him and it has been a few months since the installation. While we were excited to have Ken do the closest, we are now disappointed in the follow up or rather lack of follow
up. My recommendation is to go over everything prior to making the final payment.
