I hired Arkadi to flatten my ceilings (remove popcorn) and repaint the walls of my condo. Arkadi was very accommodating in terms of timing of the work and particular details of how I wanted certain things done. He was very professional and polite. The quality of work was great. I would recommend his services to anyone.
