Manny and his team were very professional, efficient and honest. The wood soffits were removed in sections to allow proper ventilation. Manny squeezed my job in and had it completed exactly as he described the work. Manny went above and beyond and his professionalism and customer service is fantastic.

Roof was replaced this week and there was damage to the eavestrough. It was a small repair but Manny quickly pointed out the reason we were having so many problems with ice and overflow of rain. He was very helpful and was happy to solve our problems as part of the original job. You don't find guys like this anymore in the service industry. His crew was very friendly and informative. I will definitely call Multi-Service soon to quote on some other work needed. Will be giving his info to friends and neighbors who need work. Wish we knew him when we replaced all the eaves a few years ago.

Excellent experience overall. Due to spring thaw I was having water issues with blocked gutters so a solution was urgent. Manny was quick to assess and quote the job and had his crew on site within the week. We could not be happier with the custom aluminum leaf guards and the care and attention to downspout configuration. Thanks Manny!

After consulting with us on the work to be done and the colours that would best suit the house, Manny quoted a reasonable price for the job with the promise to squeeze us into his schedule before the snow.
Good to his word, the team arrived when they said they would, explained the work that would be done that day and cleaned up each day before leaving. Manny’s broad knowledge of construction allows him to make recommendations to correct unforeseen problems and he solved some issues for us as part of the job. In addition to his excellent work on the soffit/fascia, he installed under eaves lighting as well as cladding around the garage door.
Manny and his team have a refreshing work ethic that is seldom seen today. Manny was a pleasure to have on site. His high energy and positive attitude were most welcome. We unreservedly recommend Multi Service Aluminum for any work of this nature.

Replaced all aluminum gutters, soffits, downpipes and so on, and cladded frames of both garage doors. Excellent workmanship and attention to detail. Manny and crew have Old Fashioned pride in work. Highly recommended.

We couldn't be happier with this job. Manny was the most responsive professional I've dealt with - he came the same day to quote on the job, squeezed us into a busy schedule (we needed to coordinate the siding replacement with another contractor who was replacing our windows), and even sent photos during the 3 days his crew was onsite.

We had the 2nd floor aluminum siding replaced with vinyl (the original siding was poorly installed), including an area that had heavy exposure to water where the backsplit of the house meets. The installation was of excellent quality, the team was a pleasure to deal with, the job site was kept pristine. Overall a top-notch job.

This house was built in 1955. Aluminum siding went up over wood siding (unknown date) however it was at least 30 years old and was showing wear and tear. The team at Multi-Service Aluminum did a fantastic job of recommending solutions to issues that were left concealed for many years. Recommending and repairing issues that were not in basic contract - which I greatly appreciated. An example, a poorly installed window had water leaking for many years leaving a the surrounding wood completely useless. They removed and installed new wood boards and ensured proper drainage. Company was very respectful of my property; leaving their work area neat and tidy each evening.

Wanted to install new siding to our home. We had contacted about 5 siding contractors. We were impressed by Manny at MULTI-SERVICE ALUMINUM: he was the one who took this project really seriously, at the same time he showed a great positivity. Before we started the project, Manny arrived to see our home, he discussed and explained project in details, offered variety of siding products and large color choices. Manny had replaced rotten materials behind siding. Nobody from other companies bothered about condition of wall behind siding! Manny was the only one who does care! Manny and his team were very punctual and hardworking, they are working with pride. They also made sure our place was kept very clean and safe.

This review is long overdue. In the spring, we had some issues with our gutters and downspouts. Manny was recommended to us by a good friend who praised him and his work. He came by and assessed what we needed. We could see why our friend liked him so much. He is honest, energetic and funny, to boot.
He and his wonderful crew did an excellent job to our satisfaction.
Since then, he has come back to solve another issue for us. We have an unusual ventilation system on our roof and Manny came up with a brilliant custom solution for a vented fascia. He cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. We highly recommend him.
