Overall, I love the work that Concrete One did to our property. They were friendly and hard-working. our backyard patio is beautiful, as is our front walk-way. 100% satisfied.

For three years we had planned on fixing out crumbling front stairs, aging driveway and falling apart retaining wall on our side path. We received many quotes, nothing felt right.
Frank and John of Concrete One came by and gave us their vision and a quote and the confidence to trust them to do our multi-faceted outdoor reno project. They and their team really delivered!
Timing- they scheduled the project and came working long days and getting the job done in a timely manner.
Worksmanship - The team were talented and creative. The work was done by craftsmen who took the time to do everything with the highest precision and dedication- the care they put in was as though they were doing the work for themselves. Thank you Marius.
Supervision - Frank was out on a daily basis supervising his staff and ensuring we were happy, he was also in touch with me regularly by text.
Flexibility - as new concepts came up during the job, the team incorporated my requests happily and any additional pricing was very fair.
Respect - the team was respectful of our time and our home - things were always organized at the end of the day and the site was kept safe and tidy.
We were delighted with the work done by Frank and John and their team and would highly recommend them.

First class. Helped layout the plan. Accomodated our needs. Solved issues on the spot.completed the project a few days early. Left the property in neat and clean condition. Results looknstunning. We will have them back next year to complete another project.

They are very good at returning calls when the process is initiated. But once you hand your deposit, they are almost difficult to get a hold of or they don't return calls. 9 months after job was completed I placed several calls and emailed about some deficiencies as it is still under warranty. There were big cracks in the concrete, the grout between flagstones were cracking and turning into powder. They did not return any calls or message. 2 months later I'm still waiting.

Concrete One replaced our sunken garage floor, and then our driveway with exposed aggregate, which looks great! A walkway along the side of the garage was completed in exposed aggregate. Our flagstone porch was redone with an Indiana Stone concrete finish along with two low retaining walls and two planter boxes. John was very attentive and patient as we slowly decided on the final design at the last minute. He provided alternative suggestions throughout and answered all questions.

Concrete One performed their work of stamp concrete on our backyard and walkway not only in adherence to but more than the technical specs we agreed upon. They did such work so as to suit the contour line of the ground.

Any time you consider tackling a home improvement project, it requires serious thought. You must make sure your money is well spent.
My wife and I were looking to improve the curbside appeal of our home with something unique. We had a budget. We did our research and there were a lot of opinions available including interlock, asphalt or stamped concrete. We spoke with and consulted several contractors.
We decided on Concrete One Ltd.

I cannot state how disappointed I am with this contractor. Back in early Spring I contacted him with much need concrete repair to the original job, and a reseal. He came and made a commitment to make it right. Throughout the months of June and July I contacted him several times and once again, he committed to make it right.

Today (August 10, 2018) I telephoned the owner, Frank, and he apologized for not following-up, citing personal issues. Well, we all have personal issues however, we live in an age of technology where communication is made simple- if you use it.

To Frank I say this . Most general and private contractors receive a lot of their work from referrals. If you are pleased with the work and pricing, you tell your friends, who tell their friends, and so on. I have heard that a satisfied client will tell 10 friends about a good job but a dissatisfied client will tell 100 people about a bad job.

Be aware and Beware before hiring this contractor.

Why? Frank, the owner of Concrete One Ltd, with over 30 years of experience, took the time and effort to understand our needs and expectations. His cost was fair and he laid out a reliable schedule and time table for the project. His team, led by John were polite, friendly and on time. They all took their work seriously and it showed. The cleanup when the project ended was excellent. They did a fabulous job and there’s no denying the improvement it has made to the curbside appeal our home. The compliments we continually receive assure us we did the right thing. And that’s all thanks to Concrete One Ltd.
After I removed my backyard deck I had Concrete One lay a cement patio that looks like wood planks. Reasonably priced, and simply stunning!
Should any maintenance issues arise, Frank will not hesitate, as he says “to make it right.”

Exceptional service, the workers were efficient and quite friendly. The job was completed in August of 2017 and has managed to look the same since. If you want good service with competitive pricing I would highly recommend them.
