Terriza Homes came out and built a pergola on our existing deck. He was great at helping to design it and really brought it to life. The quality was excellent and he built one in 3 days. It was exactly what we wanted and were are very happy with trhe end result.

We hired Terriza Homes Ltd. in June, 2014 to do a 400 s.f. addition to our older, smallish bungalow. Terry & Mark are professionals who were happy to share their expertise. We had drawings, but they were able to suggest a few modifications during the build which have created an attractive and functional space. There are always a few nasty surprises in joining the new space to an existing space, and they showed terrific flexibility in solving the problems. They worked all day, most days until the job was finished. They advised us of the days they weren't going to be there, and our project was on time and on budget. We had high expectations for this reno, and it is actually everything we hoped for. We have recommended Terrizza Homes to many others for their projects.
