We have a gas fireplace that is 8 years old, and it simply stopped working, so I searched on Homestars and based on other reviews, reached out to True Flame. Jeff was able to schedule us quickly, which we appreciated, arrived on time as scheduled, and was able to get the fireplace working again within an hour.
What we really appreciated was that Jeff gave us a lot of great tips on how to keep the fireplace free from future issues, gave us lots of instructions on the new remote / system to start the fireplace, and was really professional and easy to work with. Service was 10 out of 10.
If we ever have any future issues with our fireplace, we would definitely call Jeff again, and would absolutely recommend him highly.
