This company knows what they are doing! Colin has been great to deal with - accommodating, responsive, and professional. He answered all of our questions prior to us signing the contract to ensure we were comfortable and responded to calls and emails in a timely manner. He was clear and upfront and there were no surprises! His crew (Brendon, Arthur and Eduardo) was professional, courteous, and took great care with our furniture and belongings. The were effective and efficient and a pleasure to deal with on our move day. They checked in with us, followed through with our requests, and made a very stressful day go VERY smoothly! Colin also took the time to come by and check in (which was very nice of him to do) to ensure all was going well - which it was. Temporarily they moved our items into storage, and this too was so helpful - only having to deal with one company for both moving and storage. We pay month to month for the storage unit. We look forward to having the same crew of guys move our belongings to our permanent location some time in the new year. Without a doubt would recommend this moving company!
