Had another amazing experience with Cotypro Aluminium. This was the 4th job with them, and I highly recommend them. They did an accent siding wall in the front of the house, on top of the garage, installed brand new sofits/ eavetroughts, downsprouts, and freezeboard.

They communicate very well, provide regular updates, have access to various types of materials and do high quality work. We couldn't be happier with the end result.

Dorian met with us and after looking at our house and answering several questions prepared a quote for us. While my husband and I were pleased with the quote, we were also impressed by the questions he asked and suggestions he provided us. We decided to go with City Pro and have never looked back.

City Pro came in and removed our old aluminum siding, added insulation, wrapped the house and installed new eaves troughs, soffits and vinyl siding. In addition, we decided to put in a new walkway and shed area. Dorian was able to refer two other contractors to do this for us. Dorian made sure the work was coordinated so that there were no delays and kept the work flowing so that it was completed in the time frame he initially gave us. Every aspect of this reno was organized in the most efficient manner.

From the initial call to the end result was an absolute pleasure. Dorian and his crew were respectful, courteous and very accommodating. They were on time and worked hard to have it all done in a day. They were very knowledgeable and hardworking. They came back to do a little adjustment which they did promptly and were very apologetic. We are very pleased with their installation and recommended them to our neighbor who also used them. Our siding was rotting and badly needed a replacement; Dorian and his team did a great job replacing it with composite siding and it looked fantastic afterwards. He also did a great job with the eavestrough, fascia, soffit and downspout and recommended colors to match our door. They were professional and fast - they completed the job in 1.5 days. I’m saying it was fate that brought Dorian and CityPro to complete our eavestrough and re-configure our downspouts. After seeing them working on a house around the corner, then spotting one of their trucks at the gas station, I reached out for a quote and was glad I did. This outfit is top notch, and unlike other suitors who were quoting exorbitant prices and pointing out the problems, Dorian was pricing fair and coming up with the solutions. The work was done in a timely manner, with great care taken with our property and our neighbours.
