Solid Eavestrough

I emailed Yaron on a Monday morning at 7:30am and within 20 minutes, he had responded. I had a small leak due to some heavy rain the week prior that I was concerned about, and I thought that it was caused by the eavestroughs being clogged. So I wanted my eavestroughs cleaned right away and he was kind enough to fit me in on the Thursday of that same week, after I finished work. It turns out my eavestroughs were clogged because my roof was in bad shape and all the shingles had broken off and were in the eavestroughs! Yaron took his time to diligently hand clean my gutters and show me before and after pictures. I was worried I would need to get new eavestroughs put in, but he told me my eavestroughs were actually in pretty good shape and that there was no need to replace them for another few years. I was really impressed that he was did not try to upsell me on something that could wait. Even though it wasn't his job, he walked around my roof and took pictures to show me the damage and where there were possible holes in my roof. He suggested that I get my roof fixed right away, and he took extra time after the job to share some very helpful advice, which I greatly needed and appreciated.  I am so grateful to Yaron; he is a very polite, kind, helpful and honest person. I highly recommend him and his company and I will be calling him in a few years time to come and install new eavestroughs for me.
