We had all our siding replaced end of 2023 and it was an easy and seamless experience. Luc and Connie were so patient with all our questions and always checking in to make sure all was very well, not just good. The team (Corey and Jordan most often!) were always checking in, accountable, taking as much time as needed to do the job really well, sought decisions as they went, tidied the work area and willing to undertake all tasks! They showed up as promised and were lovely to have around, our Golden was a huge fan and misses them! Just an easy and great experience/outcome. Many neighbours want to have them do work as the result is excellent. I am quite particular, it is maybe even stressful to meet my expectations, and they exceeded them, which I can say is rare in my experience! Would absolutely recommend and the design process is wonderful and Luc has great vision.

Our first experience with RenovAction was for the replacement of the original siding on our house with the Prodigy insulated siding and the replacement of a side door. The crew was very professional, friendly and cleaned up every day before leaving. The owner, Luc, came on a daily basis to check on progress. They advised us of any issues and took care of correcting them. We were very satisfied with the work done and decided we would hire them for our next project.

The following summer, we had a leak in our kitchen ceiling following a torrential downpour. Luc responded promptly and the problem was fixed shortly thereafter. This promptness confirmed our belief that we had made a great decision to proceed with RenovAction.

Our latest project with Luc and his team was a major one with the renovation of our ensuite bathroom as well as a long list of items we needed done: walk-in closet, partial removal of a wall between the dining room and living room and installation of new LED in our kitchen.

Once again the project was done in a professional manner, competently, on time, with great attention and without hidden fees. Luc was on site regularly and was open to discussion when it came to making decisions and/or adjustments such as choice of trim, flooring options etc. He has a great team that is attentive, skilled, courteous and respectful of our home, maintaining the site in order. They provides quality work with superior material. It is now over two months since the work is completed and to this day we remain extremely satified. We are still in awe everytime we walk into our bedroom ensuite.

Qualities we appreciate with Luc are his professonal knowledge, his design ideas, the research he performs prior to the physical start of the project and his passion. He is a perfectionist and pays attention to details with a high standard for his crew and the work they perform under his direction. He is also highly responsive and innovative as well as keeping up to date with the trades. We highly recommend RenovAction

We wanted to switch up our flooring and decided to call on RenovAction again. We are always pleased with all the renovations they have helped us with over the last 5 years. Luc being the perfectionist he is saw some additional work unrelated to the floors. He noticed some flashing coming loose a a couple of our asphalt shingles that came off on one of the storms. He did not hesitate and told the installers to get it done. We are very pleased we decided to place our trust in this renovation company. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Complete house residing with Prodigy product. Re-routing of exterior water faucet. Dealt with owner to establish a plan. Luc is a bilingual, knowledgeable, easy to deal with gentleman who takes pride in providing superior service for clients. His crew is trained in accordance with his high standards. Despite the pandemic, the waiting period for this project was very reasonable. Luc was on site for supervising and Corey lead the team. I have nothing but good words for these guys, they were polite, discreet, eager to help, respectful of the property. RenovAction has excellent follow-ups with clients.
