I'm normally just a lurker on homestars, but I made an account just to write this review. Kyle's service was superb.
New Years day (Friday) I heard some chewing sound in my ceiling, so I climbed up there at 3am and found chewing marks on my light covers. I did some digging and found Pest Boss through here. Emailed Kyle at around 5am, thinking it'd be at least until after the weekend before I hear back.
To my surprise, Kyle called me at 9am on New Years day. I was sleeping, but was very glad to get a call back so soon. I guess he knew I was worried about a possible infestation. Gave me a brief estimate on the phone and didn't throw any sales pitch. I'm normally a DIY'er, but Kyle's professionalism made me felt I could trust him to take care of the job. He was able to squeeze me in on the first day he was back to work on Monday, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommended, no question about it.
