Rob did an excellent job on the new garage door. He was very responsive with my emails and questions and was very punctual in the day of the install. The work was done quickly and on time and the garage was very clean when he was done.

My wooden garage door was damaged when a parked car slide backward. I was going to replace the doors as the wood finish required yearly maintenance. I searched the internet and came across Direct Overhead Doors and read some good reviews. I contacted Rob and he responded promptly. He came visit my house and provided some good suggestions and samples to help me choose the replacement doors. It took about 1 1/2 months for the new door to arrive but it was worth the wait. Rob's installer Alex did a very professional job installing the doors and the new doors really improved the characteristics of the house.
