Rob and his father pleasantly surprised me, and specially my wife, by doing a great job. The door looks great and functions OK. The aluminum capping was a great suggestion and was nicely done by Rob father and completely changed the look of the door for just a little extra money. Both Rob and his father were professional, very polite and very efficient.

I found Rob/Direct Overhead Doors on Kijiji and checked their review on homestars. That itself was promising. Once we called him and interacted him, we got nothing but a professional, prompt and courteous service. We were already talking to another company, but Rob was able to provide us with a competitive quote and better product and service.

He came with samples and helped us choose the right colour for our house. Rob has a great deal of knowledge and understanding of his business and was able to address/answer any questions I had based on what I had read online.

There are no words to truly express the satisfaction of the job that was performed when Rob came by last Friday. Not only was the job performed on time it was clean and sealed better than I had hoped it would be. No mess left and even tossed in some extra work to kindly adjust a loose wire from my old garage door opener and correct a bad track above that was not running so smooth. All while putting up the new rails. TALK ABOUT SERVICE!
