The roof was leaking in 3 areas and the squirrels were having a party tearing open one area. Maciej pinpointed why one area was leaking after several attempts to address it. After having my roof redone 5 years ago, a major leak developed. The company that did the installation came out and made a couple of minor repairs. Maciej found something that concerned him greatly that he thought was the major cause of my leak, something which no one else had seen. What Maciej was saying made a lot of sense to me, so I hired him to do the repair he suggested. As his crew worked on the repair, removing the shingles showed the rot and water damage that Maciej had predicted would be there. The crew's work was excellent, and the process was terrific. Maciej and his team are fantastic. They are far better than some of the other companies my neighbors used in that:

1. They are extremely professional. They showed up on time, protected my property from any potential damage, and completed the project on budget and in an expeditious manner. They worked with our schedule and were careful around the pets/children around the neighborhood.

2. They are transparent and communicative. They took before/after picture so I could clearly see what was going on and understand the distribution of costs.

3. They offered unique quality and expertise. They guided us in deciphering and comparing the various brands of roof shingles and helped choose the one that was right for us. The quality of their work was noticeable, even for someone not in the industry.

During the job Maciej continued to point out areas that needed improvement such as having proper soffit baffles, ensuring the insulations was not blocking the soffits to allow proper air flow and attic ventilation, re sloping the eaves to ensure maximum performance.

I have used other roofing companies in the past and most just throw shingles on your roof and call it a day.
