I contacted Besart to give us a quote on redoing the side of our house that required new stucco. I got his contact from a friend who had been very satisfied with his work. From the first time I reached out to Besart, I knew that this contractor was top notch. He was on point with his responses to me. His work rates were reasonable. He always followed through on everything he said he was going to do (and more). I am so impressed with this company that I wish Besart worked in other areas of construction! His honesty, sincerity, craftsmanship and loyalty is so high - an upstanding business person and even better human. So happy to have worked with him and I would recommend him without question.

We have a very narrow gap between our house and the one next to us. Our old house (1907) has recently been fully renovated, aside from the long exterior wall. We were afraid that the terrible condition of the wall would compromise the interior work, but couldn’t imagine how anyone could work in the narrow space (18”) to repair the wall. We are so pleased and impressed with the extraordinary job Besart did under very difficult circumstances. The wall looks perfect. Besart is a true pro. The job was done beautifully and quickly. Can’t recommend this hard working man and his company highly enough.

Drenica Construction and Stucco Design did a fantastic job with the exterior stucco job.
Besart was very prompt in providing a quote, answering questions and starting the job as soon as we agreed to proceed. He worked hard and for long hours to minimize the overall job length and kept the worksite very tidy. As I was not always around, he took many pictures to show me the progress and validate the steps agreed to in the quote were taken.
He was very professional and if I had more stucco work I would certain consider him for it.

We are extremely satisfied with our choice of stucco installers.  Our house has three levels and is built on a slope.  It was not an easy task to setup scaffolding and to reach the high levels. I am impressed with Drenica Construction and Stucco Design team and their ability to deal with such a difficult project. We are very pleased with the final result.  Our house looks beautiful and we continue to get positive comments from various neighbours passing by.  Two of them were so impressed, they decided to do their own stucco projects and one of them already signed a contract with Besart.  Thank you, Besart!!!

Besart was professional, courteous, prompt, accommodating and a total pleasure to work with. He did a beautiful job and left everything clean. When an interior contractor visited my house for unrelated work he asked me who did my stucco because he was so impressed with the clean professional work that had been done. Besart fixed exterior stucco for second floor in Nov 2017. Now in Feb 2019 - after two harsh winters. The stucco looks just as beautiful as it did on the first day it was repaired ! His finishing was much better than the builder's job. (House is only 5 years old)

BESART is one of the BEST contractors that I have come across in years. Primarily, he communicated of any delays or change to the project (eg. because of rainy weather)
Secondly, he was the only contractor that actually came to look at the work to be done. No other contractor would come by because they only wanted to do big jobs (eg. stucco the entire house).
Lastly, he setup/prep, completed the job AND cleaned up after. Not 1 tiny scrap was to be found anywhere. I appreciate his workmanship and dedication to customer service !!!
